Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and original packaging included in the return. 

Please notify us of the return by e-mailing hello@1000kingdoms. This will help us to identify your return, process the return payment, and close the case, more quickly.

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges can be made by e-mailing hello@1000kingdoms.com. 

You will receive a return payment notification once we have received and inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll automatically be refunded your money via the original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
